
Brittany Sherman
Overview
Brittany Sherman maintains a varied complex commercial litigation practice that has included extensive work on internal investigations. On a large civil matter for a multinational pharmaceutical company as well as on various internal investigations, she has led discovery initiatives and prepared for interviews of key personnel. Her pro bono experience includes significant responsibility in a civil assault and battery case in addition to a racial discrimination and retaliation dispute.
Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Brittany was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. During law school, she held several judicial internships, including with the Hon. Jill Konviser of the New York Supreme Court, Criminal Branch and the Hon. Marcy Kahn of the New York Supreme Court’s Appellate Division, First Department. Before law school, she interned with Manhattan Legal Services.
