Sullivan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Prior to law school, Karl served as a patent agent at Viering, Jentschura & Partner, a German patent boutique, where he authored several winning pre-appeal briefs and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications related to next-generation telecommunications, digital signal processing, semiconductor physics, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
