
Rona S. Proper
Overview
Rona Proper maintains a comprehensive litigation practice with a focus on commercial contract disputes, securities litigation, and arbitration.
While at New York University School of Law, Rona served as the development co-chair for Law Women, an organization with the mission to promote the success of females in the legal field and to advocate for women’s rights locally and globally, and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Prior to joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Rona served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Michael Vazquez of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Before that, she was a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
