Overview

Benjamin Ahn represents corporations facing complex commercial, antitrust, and intellectual property disputes in all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Benjamin was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

While at Cornell Law School, Benjamin served as the online editor for the Cornell Law Review. He also served as president of the International Arbitration Society and vice president of the National Security Law Society.

Benjamin is a founding member of the Ithaca Tenants Legal Hotline (formerly, Ithaca Housing Hotline), a service that provides free legal advice to tenants on issues including lease disputes, housing conditions, and evictions.

Benjamin is fluent in Korean.

  • Zunum Aero in a complex intellectual property action against Boeing related to hybrid-to-electric aircraft development in the Western District of Washington.
  • A spirits conglomerate in a Section 1782 petition and, separately, in defending a commercial tort action.
  • A security monitoring company in patent litigation in the Eastern District of Texas as part of a broad set of patent litigations spanning five jurisdictions and involving more than 40 patents.
  • A technology start-up in antitrust litigation in the mobile app space.
