Holwell Shuster & Goldberg Launches “The Cross-Border Cut” Newsletter

NEW YORK—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP is excited to announce the launch of The Cross-Border Cut, a transnational litigation and arbitration briefing. In conjunction with the launch, the firm is partnering with the Canadian American Bar Association, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, and Dorsey & Whitney LLP to co-host a cross-border event and reception on April 20, 2016.

The Cross-Border Cut newsletter will provide analysis of recent court decisions, case updates, and general issues of importance to the transnational legal community. Firm founding partners Hon. Additionally, HSG will co-host a CLE presentation in New York titled, “Lifting the Corporate Veil in the Recognition & Enforcement of Foreign Judgments: Approaches in the United States and Canada” from 6:30-8:00pm ET on April 20.
