Gregory Dubinsky Named to Bloomberg Law’s 2025 “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40 List”
New York – HSG partner Greg Dubinsky was named to Bloomberg Law’s 2025 “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40 List.” Representing the “best of the future of the legal profession,” each year Bloomberg Law recognizes 40 stellar young lawyers nationwide who have stood out for their client work, leadership roles, and pro bono service.
A former clerk for the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Greg’s litigation portfolio covers a broad variety of high-stakes disputes. He has argued cases in various U.S. Courts of Appeals (including by appointment) and federal district courts, the highest courts of New York and Connecticut, and in binding arbitration. Greg has tried a nine-figure civil antitrust case against News Corp. and a securities-law arbitration that resulted in an eight-figure settlement. He is currently lead counsel in an antitrust action against a dominant hospital system in the Midwest that has major implications for the healthcare market. He also regularly represents parties in high-profile disputes, raising complex constitutional and policy issues.
Recently, Greg obtained numerous dismissals in suits against the National Basketball Association, including in the first antitrust litigation that the NBA had faced in a decade. He also scored wins in a number of putative class actions under the Video Privacy Protection Act, including for Rumble and a major technology company.
