Law360 Names HSG Partner Daniel Horowitz a 2026 Rising Star

Law360 has named Holwell Shuster & Goldberg partner Daniel Horowitz a 2026 Rising Star in the Insurance category. The nationwide list recognizes attorneys under 40 whose career accomplishments distinguish them as leaders in different practice areas.

Daniel is one of only five attorneys in the country selected in his category. Among his work across varied practice areas and industries, he currently represents a major insurer in high-stakes coverage disputes arising from the opioid crisis and, more recently, from claims related to social media addiction. He and the HSG team have secured major victories, including in the Delaware Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit.
