Juan Agustin Otero

Overview

Juan Agustin Otero focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, leveraging a background in technology, data privacy, and artificial intelligence.

Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Juan served as a law clerk to Justice Carlos Rosenkrantz of the Supreme Court of Argentina. He was in-house at Mercado Libre, a leading e-commerce platform in Latin America, and an associate at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.

Juan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Yale Law School and a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) from the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs. During his time at Yale, Juan was a teaching fellow and worked with Professor Scot Shapiro to develop a machine learning model to predict U.S. Supreme Court decisions.

Juan is fluent in Spanish and French.
