Overview

Michael Anfang’s practice spans a broad range of complex litigation in state and federal courts.

Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven J. Menashi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He previously practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, representing corporations in state and federal courts, and worked on the trial team for Rock Holdings Inc. in the first insider trading claim brought to trial in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
