Claire Fieldman’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has represented private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and individual owners in high-stakes contract, shareholder, bankruptcy, and fiduciary disputes.
Claire maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on immigration and civil rights litigation.
Before joining the firm, Claire was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She also clerked for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
