Overview
Jonathan Abrams represents clients in complex commercial litigation, shareholder and securities-related disputes, internal investigations, employment matters, and appeals.
He has represented public companies, directors, investment funds, and other businesses in high-stakes disputes involving fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder activism and corporate governance, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, antitrust claims, tortious interference, breach of contract, and employment discrimination.
Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Jonathan was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP.
