
Muhammad Zayd Mustafa
Overview
Muhammad Zayd Mustafa maintains a broad litigation practice, representing parties in securities and other complex commercial disputes. He has represented parties before federal and state courts including the Delaware Court of Chancery, and the International Chamber of Commerce. He brings significant trial experience to matters involving clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors, among other industries.
Prior to joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Muhammad was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. During law school, he interned with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, worked as a Corporate Governance Research Fellow and as a student attorney for a Civil Litigation Clinic, studied abroad at Oxford University, and served on the boards of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Students Association and the Muslim Law Students Association.
Muhammad maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals applying for asylum.
