
Nicholas Hallock
Overview
Nicholas Hallock represents corporations and individuals in complex commercial litigation, with particular experience in antitrust, bankruptcy, and appeals.
Prior to joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Nicholas served as a law clerk to the Hon. Amalya L. Kearse of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and worked at Debevoise & Plimpton.
While at the University of Chicago Law School, Nicholas represented an amicus before the Illinois Supreme Court, defending the constitutionality of portions of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
