Overview
Scott Baker maintains a broad litigation practice.
During law school, Scott interned for the Honorable Caitlin Halligan of the New York Court of Appeals and served as a legal intern at the Federal Defenders of New Jersey. He was also a student advocate in the Criminal Appellate Defender Clinic.
Before law school, Scott taught seventh-grade mathematics in Lawrence, Massachusetts, through Teach for America and AmeriCorps. He will clerk for the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
