
Yuhe Zheng
Overview
Yuhe Zheng maintains a wide-ranging commercial litigation practice, drawing on her broad exposure to state and federal courts as well as securities-related transactions.
While studying at Columbia Law School, Zheng interned with Judge Richard Sullivan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge John Cronan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before entering law school, she worked at a boutique law firm focused on securities transactions and cross-border financings.
Zheng is fluent in Chinese and Japanese. At Columbia Law School, she edited the Columbia Business Law Review and served as vice president of the Japanese Legal Studies Association.
