01.03.2019

New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg associates Nina Kanovitch and Priyanka Timblo have been named members of the National Women’s Law Center’s Leadership Advisory Committee (LAC). The Center has worked for more than 40 years to protect and promote equality and opportunity for women and families.

The LAC is designed to provide the Center with advice and support on critical issues that affect women and their families across the country. As members of the LAC, Nina and Priyanka will serve as goodwill ambassadors for the Center and help build on its success. They will also participate in subcommittees to help support specific activities of the Center—Nina will contribute to the pro bono subcommittee, and Priyanka to the events and outreach subcommittee.

At HSG, Nina’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and antitrust. She advises financial institutions on antitrust and commercial litigation issues. She is currently a member of the HSG team working in partnership with the ACLU to represent female flight attendants, pro bono, in a cutting-edge workplace discrimination case.

Priyanka represents banks, financial institutions, and other corporate clients in connection with complex commercial litigation. She has particular experience representing clients in antitrust-related matters and arbitrations.
