Jayme Jonat Selected as a 2022 Northeast Trailblazer by The American Lawyer

New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partner Jayme Jonat has been named a Northeast Trailblazer by The American Lawyer. This award recognizes professionals in the Northeast who have moved the needle in the legal industry. Jayme is one of 50 individuals honored in this year’s report, which can be viewed here. Jayme was recognized for her leadership role at HSG and in cases that test new legal theories and impact business practices across entire industries. She currently leads an HSG team partnering with the ACLU in pro bono litigation that could establish important precedent on how employers must treat expecting and new mothers, and represents Visa in defending nationwide antitrust class actions and opt-out litigation brought by a number of the world’s largest retailers over “swipe fees.”

Jayme is the second HSG partner to receive this recognition; Judge Holwell was named to the inaugural Northeast Trailblazers list in 2021.
