Blair Kaminsky and Priyanka Timblo Named to Benchmark Litigation Top 250 Women in Litigation List
Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partners Blair Kaminsky and Priyanka Timblo have again been named to Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation List for their leading roles in impactful, bet-the-company matters.
Blair is a Chambers-ranked first-chair litigator and member of HSG’s management committee who clients call “strategic, unflappable, and always two steps ahead.” She currently represents a major insurer in various high-profile coverage matters, including in opioid coverage litigation, litigation concerning Mattel’s recalled Rock ‘n Play sleeper, and in disputes with social media and technology companies concerning social-media addiction lawsuits. She also represents Visa in multi-district class-action antitrust litigation filed on behalf of merchants, as well as in opt-out cases brought by the world’s largest retailers relating to network rules at the heart of the Visa system. Among other honors, she was recently named to Crain’s New York Business’s first-ever Notable Litigators & Trial Attorneys List.
Priyanka is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration on both sides of the “v.” Clients and peers state she is “an absolute dynamo,” “an amazing trial lawyer,” and “extremely effective in the courtroom.” Priyanka recently served as co-lead counsel against Walmart in a hard-fought 10-day trial over the retailer’s wrongful cancellation of a $500 million PPE contract during the Covid-19 pandemic, securing a $101 million jury verdict—increased to $125 million in post-trial proceedings. She has also secured multiple defense wins for videogame distributor Valve in antitrust mass arbitrations. Among other awards, Priyanka was recently named to Bloomberg Law’s list of only 32 Unrivaled Litigators nationwide, an award recognizing “winning trial lawyers at the top of their game.”
