Blair Kaminsky and Priyanka Timblo Recognized Among Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation
New York—Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partners Blair Kaminsky and Priyanka Timblo have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation List. They were recognized for “participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history.”
Blair, a member of HSG’s Management Committee, is widely respected for her leadership and advocacy in litigation with wide-ranging social and economic impacts. She represents Chubb on various high-profile coverage matters, including in opioid coverage litigation, litigation concerning Mattel’s recalled Rock ‘n Play sleeper, and in a dispute with Meta concerning social-media addiction lawsuits. She also represents Visa in multi-district class-action antitrust litigation filed on behalf of merchants, as well as in opt-out cases brought by the world’s largest retailers relating to network rules at the heart of the Visa system. She was recently named to Crain’s New York Business’s first-ever Notable Litigators & Trial Attorneys List.
Priyanka is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration on both sides of the “v.” Earlier this year, she was named by Bloomberg Law as one of only 32 “Unrivaled Litigators” nationwide, an award recognizing “winning trial lawyers at the top of their game” who “lead the legal profession in high-stakes and impactful trials.” She recently served as co-lead trial counsel for London Luxury, winning a $101 million verdict against Walmart after a 10-day jury trial—one of the largest jury verdicts ever obtained in Arkansas.
