HSG Named a Finalist for Business Insurance’s Legal Team of the Year Award

Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP has been named a finalist for Business Insurance’s Legal Team of the Year award, which recognizes outside counsel that have delivered exceptional results for their clients in the most consequential insurance disputes of the year.

The recognition reflects HSG’s continued successes in litigating significant insurance coverage matters in courtrooms across the country—including securing multiple favorable rulings just this past year alone.  Those wins include a trial court ruling that a major insurer had no duty to defend Meta against thousands of social-media-addiction lawsuits, and victory at the Delaware Supreme Court rejecting a pharmacy chain’s bid to require insurers to cover opioid-related claims.
