Five HSG Partners Recognized on 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation Guide

Five Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partners — Gregory Dubinsky, Matthew Gurgel, Priyanka Timblo, Daniel Horowitz, and Jack Millman — have been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation guide. Now in its fourth year, this guide recognizes lawyers who “are the future of the law, and, in many respects, the now.”  

Collectively, this group has built a record of consequential wins across the full spectrum of complex litigation. Their recent work includes obtaining Supreme Court review of a circuit split over whether Title IX gives employees of federally funded educational institutions a private right of action to sue for sex discrimination; serving as nationwide lead trial and appellate counsel for a major insurer in numerous coverage actions relating to the nationwide opioid crisis and social media addiction, with wins in different state and federal courts across the country; obtaining a $101 million jury verdict against Walmart in Arkansas federal court; representing Visa against claims brought by dozens of the world’s largest retailers relating to network rules at the heart of the Visa system; and securing a unanimous Supreme Court ruling resolving a circuit split on federal procedure, with its merits brief praised as a “masterclass” and “tour de force in advocacy.” 

This year, thousands of lawyers were considered for the guide, and winners were selected through nominations, independent research, and peer recommendations. The lawyers featured represent more than 200 law firms from around the country.
