Benchmark Litigation Names Six Holwell Shuster & Goldberg Partners to 40 & Under Hot List
New York—Six Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partners have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2021 40 & Under Hot List. The annual list recognizes attorneys 40 or younger who clients and peers have identified as the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation communities.

Among other significant matters, their collective recent work includes the representation of Visa in class actions and opt-out litigation seeking billions of dollars in recoveries; a MacAndrews & Forbes company in a jury trial and settlement involving massive antitrust claims against News Corp and its subsidiaries; Travelport in a dispute with lenders under a $3 billion credit agreement; a white-collar defendant in an appeal with significant implications for insider trading prosecutions; PetSmart in a covenants dispute with lenders regarding $8 billion in debt obligations; and pilots and flight attendants of Frontier Airlines, pro bono, in two cutting-edge workplace discrimination cases over the airline’s policies toward pregnant and breast-feeding employees, defeating Frontier’s motion to dismiss the flight attendants’ case earlier this month.
