Benchmark Litigation Names Five HSG Partners to 40 & Under List
Five Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partners have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 40 & Under List. The annual award recognizes attorneys 40 or younger who clients and peers have identified as the next generation of litigation leaders.
The HSG partners honored this year are:

- Daniel Horowitz
- Jack Millman
Among other significant matters, their recent work includes: serving as lead trial counsel for Visa in multi-district antitrust litigation related to payment card fees and network rules; securing multiple summary judgment and appellate wins for a major insurer in opioid coverage litigation; securing a unanimous victory at the U.S. Supreme Court resolving a circuit split on federal procedure, with the team’s merits brief praised as a “masterclass” and “tour de force in advocacy”; serving as lead trial counsel for videogame distribution company Valve Corporation and securing multiple defense wins in antitrust mass arbitrations; and notching wins in a number of putative class actions under the Video Privacy Protection Act, including for Rumble and a major technology company.
