Five Holwell Shuster & Goldberg Partners Recognized on 2025 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation
New York—Five Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partners—Jayme Jonat, Gregory Dubinsky, Matthew Gurgel, Priyanka Timblo, and Daniel Horowitz—have been named to the 2025 Lawdragon X – The Next Generation. Now in its third year, this guide recognizes lawyers who are “mesmerizing, multi-talented, dedicated, and focused” and represent the “future of global law practice.”
Collectively, this team of lawyers have racked up numerous accomplishments, including securing dismissals of multiple putative class actions alleging violations of the Video Privacy Protection Act; representing Visa as trial counsel in multi-district antitrust litigation related to payment card fees and network rules; serving as trial and appellate counsel for Chubb’s insurance companies in coverage litigation related to the opioid crisis and social media addiction; settling two first-of-their-kind discrimination lawsuits on behalf of pregnant and breastfeeding pilots and flight attendants; successfully representing a pharmaceutical company in breach of contract and trade secrets misappropriation litigation; and, notching a $101 million jury verdict against Walmart.
This year, thousands of lawyers were considered for the guide, and winners were selected through nominations, independent research, and peer recommendations. The lawyers featured represent more than 200 law firms on the global stage.
