The following HSG partners were named to the 2017 list:

  • Dorit Ungar Black
  • Brendon DeMay
  • Avi Israeli
  • Blair Kaminsky

Among other matters, their collective recent work has included the representation of various bank trustees in multibillion-dollar claims against the Lehman estate; Visa Inc. and its subsidiaries in various matters, including their defense against class and individual antitrust actions brought by virtually every merchant in the United States and alleging hundreds of billions in damages; bondholders in high-profile litigation surrounding Argentina’s debt default; Uzbekistan in a $1 billion U.S. forfeiture proceeding; and French industrial company Alstom in litigation and arbitration against GE.
